一次购买螃蟹招待客人的经历中，买到的螃蟹不够新鲜、蟹肉也很少。胡志明市新平郡的 Nguyễn Hoàng Văn 因此产生了一个朴素的想法：让顾客可以买到真正优质、物有所值的螃蟹。这成为 Cua Ngon 的起点。
